About No Bully For Me

Oxford gargoyles

No Bully For Me was founded in early 2003 by two targets of workplace bullying who made contact through the discussion forum linked with Tim Field's Bully On Line. Having made contact, Barb and Stephen met and decided to publicise an e-mail address, again through Tim Field's life saving site, and No Bully For Me was born.

Having worked to get the group off the ground, in early 2004 Barb decided she wanted to 'take a back seat' and concentrate on other parts of her life and Karen, another local target, and a member of No Bully For Me, offered to take over the co-administration of the group.

Since early 2003 we have had over 3000 people contact us, locally, from elsewhere in Canada, and from around the world.

We have an active mailing list of over 500 people.

Our ambition is simple and clear:

'adding insight to injury'

adding: making a contribution to the activism and empowerment of the targets of workplace bullying.

insight: to provide resources, information, contacts, workshops and meetings for targets of workplace bullying; knowledge truly is power.

injury: to provide support and resources, whether legal, psychological or medical, for those injured by workplace bullying; it is an injury, it will heal.
